We are very often visiting various established textile Labs, Food research laboratories, Petrochemical industry, Automobile industry etc for marketing and servicing of our existing products. Some of the labs which our personals regularly visit are like SGS India, MTL India, Sri Ram Test house, GAIL, IOCL, etc. We also have very good customer contacts in other reputed Indian organizations like National Physical Laboratory, National Dairy Research and Development organization, Civil Aviation, Indian Railways etc.

Our team of engineers has experience of marketing / Servicing Universal Testing Machines for a period ranging from 8-10 years. It would be in our interest to promote your products aggressively. Since the market size of these equipment’s is very large, we would make sincere efforts to increase the business for these equipment’s in proportion to market size . Apart from these activities we are actively involved in software development projects.
Brief Plan of how company management intends to target & develop prospects:
Our initial thoughts are as follows which can change after getting more information from you and after sharing your experience of marketing these Products in other Countries. We would assign the responsibility of marketing your Products to a group head who in turn would assign Territories or the Products or the Customers to his team of Engineers.
The responsibility of the group head would be to Identify Potential Customers, Mail Introductory Letters / Circulars to them, Organize Seminars for Key Buyers / Decision-Makers / Opinion Makers and encourage his sales team to further follow - up. Each sale Engineer would then be asked to give a realistic target, which would be monitored regularly by the group head that would also ensure that the projected targets are achieved.
We also feel that there would be necessity for a specialist to visit prospective customers along with our Engineers to address their queries and Applications. We would also require training on Products and their Applications and Information about Competitors.
